    My achievements in Penang, (Malaysia) were :

    Increased Market Share from 25 to 54% within 18 months and the only station that achieved sales targets with a double digit growth in terms of targets and passenger growth for the region.; Revenue Management (passenger) Department in Malaysia Airlines.


    Responsible for seat inventory and managing and controlling of flights to generate maximum profitability in accordance with corporate objectives and strategies.

    Monitoring passenger demand in order to develop traffic mix and overbooking criteria, and controlling available capacity to optimize profits.
    Coordinate and develop the initial allocations on assigned routes.
    Keep abreast of market strategies and implementing all aspects of the allocation process.
    Coordinating with marketing and sales groups and field offices, in assisting and suggesting to these departments any changes to allocation plans.
