Carol McCartney manages and coordinates WGNHS public information and outreach activities, including those related to traditional paper publications, digital publications and products, and web-based information.
She is a registered geologist in seven states and has nearly 30 years of environmental consulting experience. Carol was member and co-chair of the Wisconsin Groundwater Advisory Committee, created by 2003 WI Act 310 to make recommendations to the State Legislature regarding future groundwater management needs in Wisconsin.
