Established weekly and monthly reporting on vendor/program effectiveness metrics. Reduced costs by 6% on a 10 million dollar buy.

• Developed and implemented a system-wide diversity recruitment program which yield in excess of 75% collegiate minority hires and 10% diverse professional hires from Multicultural Communities and targeted career channels. Recruited and hired the largest diverse Sales Executive Engineer feeder training program.

• 10 million dollar agency savings yearly for JCI.

Grew the firm from one Recruiter to 20 plus staff/multi-million dollar revenues in a two year time period. Looking to expand into government contract business in 2009. Open to teaming agreements on large federal, state or local contracts.
