Built a $3m / yr services business unit in speech application analysis and tuning from the ground up, including designing and developing the technology, selling the need internally and externally, and building and managing a team of speech scientists, engineers and transcriptionists.
Also co-founded the Voice User Interface team.
Inventor and architect of the Viecore Framework, the technical foundation for dozens of enterprise-level speech recognition applications, including 6 of 10 of the largest VXML deployments worldwide. Customers include GE Consumer Finance (live deployments in 8 countries), Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, AIG and Prudential Insurance.
