Liz Geraghty is a marketing professional with over 20 years experience in brand management, new product development and strategic planning. Her background includes work for leading brands like Wendy’s®, Sara Lee® and Jimmy Dean®. In her current position as vice president new product marketing at Wendy’s, Liz is responsible for innovating the menu at one of America’s best-loved brands.
Prior to joining Wendy’s, Liz worked for 13 years for Sara Lee Corporation. In her last position, as vice president brand management, she was responsible for all marketing and strategic planning for Sara Lee’s $800 Million coffee and tea business.
Liz serves on the board of the Central Ohio Diabetes Association and is a member of the strategic planning committee for the Women’s Foodservice Forum. In 2005 Liz was named to Crain’s Chicago Business “40 under 40” top business leaders. Liz holds an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an MS in Food Science from the University of Illinois.
