I have worked at Breakiron Jewelers for over 29 years, and have loved every moment of it. Jewelry is a fabulous way to express how much you care for a person. I love helping create that wow moment for my clientele. My best professional experiences have come from working in every aspect of my store. By talking to my customers, I know what designs they are interested in, and what they expect from Breakiron Jewelers.
I am certified from GIA (Gem Institute of America) and have attended a wide variety of training in the jewelry industry. I keep up with the latest information by being a member of IJO (Independent Jewelers Organization). IJO is the largest buying group of privately owned and operated jewelers.
My goal for Breakiron Jewelers is to help create a wow moment for every customer. This is a lofty goal but everyone at Breakiron's enjoys getting to know those that come in. Each person is more than just a customer, they become part of our family. At Breakiron's we feel it is a privilege to be included in each person's special moments.
I have extensive training in diamonds and diamond grading, including certification from GIA. My certification also include pearls, and appraising.
I have participated in the Athena Powerlink program, which included training in marketing, human resources, and other areas to strengthen my business.
