Prioritizing: Between the six Clear Channel Philly radio stations, servicing multiple managers and over two dozen sales representatives. Constantly scheduled tasks by order of importance with a sense of urgency.
Organized: Served as Sponsorship Coordinator for Q Concert 2009, Power House 2009-2011 and Jingle Ball 2009-2010. Ensuring all aspects of the client’s contract was being fulfilled at the venue in hopes of a contract renewal.
Creative: Assemble marketing recaps, proposals and one-sheets with statistics and images. Compose commercial copy and voice local commercial spots.
Responsible: Inputting thousands of dollars in commercial schedules and collected thousands of dollars in cash for payment.
Prioritizing: For the six Clear Channel Philly radio stations, servicing five managers and 18 sales representatives, editing/reviewing outgoing proposals from a different perspective for potential clients, carefully hunt for thousands of dollars in category initiative sales.
Multitasking: Juggling multiple projects, prioritizing with a sense of urgency.
Served as Event Coordinator for Q Concert 2009, Jingle Ball 2009-2010 and Power House 2009-2010. Assured that all aspects of four client’s contracts were being fulfilled at the venue in hopes of a contract renewal.

In addition to my busy school schedule I strived to meet sales goals and opened new accounts in the fast paced center city area of Philadelphia. After professionally addressing a customer's needs I'd evalute, meet and then surpass the customer's expectations.
Assisted the promotions department before and after events. Aided all sales reps, GSMs and LSMs with client researching, organizing, updating files, creating/updating one-sheeters & media kits, and other assistant duties..
Caringly and loving helped elderly women in Philadelphia remain active by conversing, exercising, cleaning and stimulating their minds. As a "professional friend" I increased attentiveness and mobility in people who deserves it most.
Here I operated the cash register, closed sales, prepared shipment for display, managed fitting-rooms and provided excellent customer service. After only six months of employment, management recognized that I was asset and increased my compensation.
During this semester a few determined Temple studends and media professionals assisted in the video production of a PSA with youth at Simon Gratz High School. My duties included writing script, acting and location scouting.
