Senior Business (Accounting/Finance) Student at Virginia Wesleyan College
Norfolk, Virginia Area
I'm a Senior in College, studying a BA in Business, with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Virginia Wesleyan College (a Liberal Arts College in Norfolk,VA). I currently have maintained a 4.0 GPA over 54 credit hours since transferring from Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland where I was doing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to Northern Ireland, I graduated High School in Johannesburg, South Africa, where I attended Redhill High School (a private high school in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.)
I hope to graduate with summa cum laude honors in December 2009, and hope to either work for a year before going to Graduate School to gain some more work experience, or I might just go straight to Graduate School. I am looking to apply to Duke, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and perhaps Harvard Business School, although finances may not permit the latter. Ultimately I hope to receive either my MBA or CPA and from there I will go where the world takes me.
