Managing Director & Shareholder, Comparex BeLux
Namur Area, Belgium
I am 49 years old, has been working in the BeLux for more than 20 years.
I belonged to the management team which founded Comtech Belgium ( a leader in the Belgian Networking market ), and started up the Comtech Business in Luxemburg in 1993. In 1997, We sold the Comtech to Persetel (South African ICT Company) and continued to be responsible for the business as general manager.
In 2000, when Dimension Data took over the business from Persetel, I became responsible for BeNeLux and France, where I integrated 3 companies ( Noumea, Reltec and ACI ), thus building Data Dimension France. In 2001 I extended the business to the Netherlands by acquiring Intime/Netbuilding (a Voice and Data leader in the Netherlands), and started up Dimension Data Algeria.
In 2002, I acquired Planet CTI, the leading Contact Center company in Belgium.
I left Dimension Data in 2004 and done some homebuilding business.
I became shareholder and Managing Director of Comparex BeLux in 2007.
