Summing up my professional experience in a few words would go like this, "find a need and fill it." Simple as it sounds that is the basis of what I do.

I've been selling Colorado real estate since 1984. I've survived and thrived through several up and down real estate markets, so when I say, "this too shall pass" I really know it to be so.

My clients benefit from my experience in a variety of ways from neighborhood knowledge, home values, statistical and negotiation skills. Selling residential real estate in metro Denver, I assist both buyers and sellers.

A majority of my business comes from people who find me via my award winning website which I began constructing in 1997. From the beginning of development and up to this very moment, my focus has been to provide the consumer with the best information possible.

Most recently I've written a workshop to introduce effective blogging techniques combined with social media. Inspiration and motivation came to me after several calls from contacts who wanted to take their experience to the next level. Many are teaching Business Building through Social Media, but are leaving students hungry for the actual strategies and tactics that complete the process.

So once again I step into the teaching arena to share what I practice and have learned through the school of hard knocks! Technology isn't a mysterious tool left to be dominated by the 20 & 30 somethings, technology is a tool we can use to add value successfully to grow our sphere.

My objective is to help students cut through the noise and find a medium that serves them well to make a significant difference in their business and personal lives.
