I have over 20 years of experience training and mentoring individuals. I am an expert strategist with an amazing ability to pull my clients through difficult challenges to obtain the life they truly want. I fully believe that the key to a successful life begins with a person's ability to manage their life in the same way a CEO manages a company. When CEOs are hired, they must completely embody their role as CEO and carry out their responsibilities effectively in order be considered successful. Therefore, if each one of us took on the attitude, role, and responsibilities of a CEO for our own life, can you imagine how much success we could experience in a lifetime?

I have been CEO of my life for a very long time, which has led to the successful life I have now. One of my biggest assets is that I have always been a visionary – seeing individual & business possibilities and creating effective strategies to make them happen. Obstacles don’t exist for me….they are merely challenges to overcome with the help of family, friends, and other resources.

My work history spans several industries in both middle and upper management positions for both corporate and non-profit companies. Despite performing well at each job, I never felt at peace with my work. So I finally quit and began a determined search to find a career that would truly mesh with my skills and personality. I realized that I needed to go back to my roots and find a job that combined my passion for helping people with my long-time dream of owning my own business. The reality of this dream became the company Shift Inc.

MISSION STATEMENT:
