I have worked with and trained children and adults with severe weight problems, adults with orthopedics complications, CVA clients and senior citizens with rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, heart disease, HTN, diabetes and seizure disorders. As a Personal Trainer, I worked closely with client’s Physical Therapist and Medical Physicians to help achieve optimum health and well being . I also instructed and motivated clients in isometric and ambulatory exercises. Evaluated the effects of each session and adjust the session regiment to achieve maximum benefits. Personal training is used to improve the clients' endurance, coordination, increase strength, decrease pain and prevent further injury, while encouraging clients to overcome the emotional and physical barriers that may hinder their results.
