Kevin began his career serving his country as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. Upon leaving there in 1999, he realized he could use these same leadership techniques within the corporate world. That led him to the executive search business, where he quickly made a name for himself as an accomplished search professional and manager in a Fortune 1000 boutique firm.
In 2001, after placing over 100 professionals at leading firms, he struck out on his own. He has worked with hundreds of companies and thousands of job seekers to find that “perfect” fit. As job seekers began sharing their frustrations and looked to Kevin for advice, he developed a series of webinars including( Avoiding the 10 Biggest Job search Mistakes, Fixing the Bad Resume You Don’t Know You Have, Changing Careers in Mid-Stream and more) aimed at providing information they were not finding elsewhere.
From there, Kevin developed a suite of coaching programs and informational products tailored to professionals looking to make a job – or career – change. Today, over 21,000 professionals subscribe to his e-zine, “Build the Career You Deserve” and, through Kevin’s highly personal coaching solutions and products, people at every stage of their careers achieve their goals, objectives and dreams.
Known for his expertise in the job market, networking and interviewing techniques, Kevin prides himself on his “high–touch” approach. Working closely with clients, he helps them identify the hidden opportunities in life and develop the right mindset to turn their vision into reality.
