I am one of the original members of IIBA® and am the Vice-President, Professional Development as well as a member of the IIBA Board of Directors. I am responsible for the development of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® and also was one of the authors of the CBAP® exam.
I have over a decade’s experience as a business analyst and project manager across several industry sectors, including regulated professions, utilities, automobile manufacturing, courier services, and mortgage banking. During this time I have performed just about every task a business analyst could be expected to do, from developing corporate and product strategies to being paged by end-users looking for technical support.
I'm a CBAP, PMP, and OMG Certified Expert in BPM (at the Business Advanced and Technical Intermediate levels). I have taught project management and requirements analysis at Humber College, have a B.A. degree in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto, and am a graduate of the Second City’s improvisational comedy program.

Kevin is leading the effort by the IIBA to develop a generally accepted body of knowledge for business analysis practictioners. The Body of Knowledge represents the unique knowledge necessary for someone to be a successful business analyst. It sets an industry standard for practice and knowledge, and is maintained by BA practitioners with input from other stakeholders.
He is also working on a contract basis with the IIBA to help build out the processes, policies, and IT infrastructure that the organization will need to sustan rapid growth in membership over the next few years.
