Ms. Haley is the Director of Global Infrastructure at Better Place, Inc. She is responsible for the strategy, implementation and evolution of the Better Place infrastructure networks worldwide, directing and optimizing the life cycle of the Better Place infrastructure, from scope definition through operation, coordinating with multiple functional areas within the Company to deliver cost effective, manageable, reliable and scalable networks.
Prior to that Ms. Haley was Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Frontier Mobile, the Wireless Division of Frontier Communications (NYSE: FTR) a full-service communications provider in markets across the US. She was responsible for full P&L activities, leading the strategic, technical and operational planning, execution and growth of Frontier’s Wireless business. She led the network engineering and deployment teams for the Frontier Mobile data product offerings, designing and deploying wireless access networks utilizing mesh architecture, creating customized applications and overseeing the development and integration of next generation technologies including: WiFi, WiMAX, VoWiFi, Cellular-based Voice and Data among other emerging standards.
Before joining Frontier, Ms. Haley served as Vice President of Business Development for SkyPilot Networks, a carrier-class multi-service mesh wireless access systems provider, responsible for developing and executing overall business strategy and securing strategic customers and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, carriers, cable MSO's, network operators and systems integrators throughout the world.
Ms. Haley has served as Chief Executive Officer for Affinity Solutions, a financial services company. Before assuming her position as CEO, she spent 10 years working with Fortune 500 customers managing multiple domestic and international commercial construction projects and holds a B.S. in International Finance from the University of Santa Clara.
