NIGHT SHIFT PATROL SUPERVISOR
I possess an extensive knowledge of desktop and laptops hardware and since attending University of Houston have gained an understanding of the software side of computers. I have discovered that I have a better understanding of database information retrieval and am now able to utilize this knowledge to mine for information that is key to any companies continued success. Data manipulation demonstrates how a company can fine tune their competitive edge through greater efficiencies and knowledge of their customers traits.
I completed a year long internship at Amerishore / Neudesic in 2012. While interning there I was given 3 projects to work on. The first project was for Toyota (Canada) where I performed the QA on a Dynamic CRM / Sharepoint integration that replaced their old customer service system. The test scenarios and test cases were written in Excel and uploaded to Toyota's CRM in a 1 - 1 to avoid confusion with a test matrix. I attended daily scrum meetings to discuss progress and roadblocks related to the current sprint. The second project was a .NET migration for Salt River Project in Arizona where I was part of a 6 person team transitioning them from Access 2000 up to SQL 2008R2. The .NET migration of application to maintain and report on server metadata for SRP utilized MVC3 (Razor), SSRS, Entity Framework, and SQL including data migration and integration with external systems. My primary duties involved queries and reports. Queries were written in SQL Manager Studio, deployed to Visual Studio 2010 where the project was built in C#. We also utilized VS 2010 to track workflow and issues with Team Foundation Server. The third project was a QA of Nationstar Mortgage website that was designed to allow potential foreclosures assistance in retaining their homes and credit standing. The 1st and 2nd project were completed on budget and on time including learning curve for several new technologies. I graduated before completing the 3rd project.

In this project I utilized Visual Studio 2008 Report Writer for generating the reports. I also employed Visual Studio 2010 as a repository for the queries, procedures, triggers, functions, packages, MVC3 and to deploy the builds to the dev environment, Visual Studio 2010 was also used for tracking task with Team Foundation Server. I used SQL 2008 Management Studio for writing the queries, procedures and triggers.
I have also completed a Dynamic CRM/Sharepoint integration Q/A for Toyota Canada utilizing Citrix VPN to login to the site, I used Excel for building and logging test cases.
