Ken is leading the design and build-out of the service and operations at YourMusicOn, a mobile music company that allows people to experience and share their music in innovative new ways. He is also the founder and chairman of betterPropaganda Music, a leading music discovery site with relationships with more than 600 major and independent labels.
Prior to this, he started Radiant Interactive, a digital design agency, serving top-tier clients such as the World Health Organization, the Global Fund, and Microsoft. Ken drove company direction, growth, supported Radiant’s accounts, and led an incubator program.
Ken was also the CEO of the online entertainment portal, SCAPE, a Village Roadshow venture in Australia. Ken established and grew all operational areas, led 120 employees, developed the company's brand image and product strategy and attracted the company’s major sponsors Vodafone and MasterCard.
Ken was also a founding employee at Razorfish, where he helped to built successful relationships with clients such as Cisco, McKinsey Consulting, and Excite@Home. As GM and Director of the Strategy Group in San Francisco, he substantially grew regional revenues and profits. He supervised multiple large teams on more than 50 high-profile enterprise-level projects and specialized in the areas of product design, brand and marketing, and e-business. He also advised clients such as eBay and eMachines in their pre-IPO phases. Before Razorfish, Ken founded a Web site design company in New York in 1995. He has also worked in financial management with a Lehman Brothers/ Morgan Stanley subsidiary.
Ken has appeared on CNBC's Asia Week and other television, radio, and print media discussing the high-tech industry, brand, and interactive design. He has a t-MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He completed his undergraduate work in philosophy/history at Marquette and health sciences at Columbia University.
