I received my Real Estate Salesperson's license in 1980. I went on to earn an MBA in Financial Services in 1984 and was soon successful with real estate limited partnership investments specializing in historical rehabilitation. After several years of that I managed an advertising agency and the satellite transmissions for the establishment and expansion of off track wagering in Thoroughbred racing in the state of California for Simulcast Enterprises. That lead to my total pursuit of a passion and I went on to a successful career breeding breaking, and training show horses. Most recently and for a change, for the past few years I managed the internet sales and marketing department for a leading car dealership, Putnam Automotive.

I have now once again enthusiastically returned to a full time professional career in residential and investment real estate.
