Solutions Guru: Software and Systems Development
Greater Seattle Area
Also known in previous lives as Joanne Schmidt, Joanne Holm, Jo Holm.
My background runs the gamut. I've worked as a residential mortgage collector and supervisor, as an analyst in a tech support call center, as a knowledge manager, a software analyst, and a business analyst. I've spent the last six years in formal analysis and development roles, with complete immersion in a number of development methodologies and constructs. I have experience in efforts ranging from small-scale maintenance and enhancement to enterprise-level, customer facing initiatives as both an FTE and as a consultant. My analysis experience includes financial services, mortgage, sales, entitlements, and reporting efforts.
I know a lot of people and make connections easily. I run into people I've known for years and lost touch with in the strangest places.
