Karen Spencer is President and Creative Director of Karen Spencer Design, Inc.

Karen has in been in the design practice for more than twenty-five years including seven years as a Senior Art Director for PW Communications, Inc., a medical publisher on Madison Avenue. At Karen Spencer Design we make an investment in understanding our clients’ businesses, identities, corporate culture, market position and customer demographics. This approach allows us to work as a team with our clients as we translate that knowledge into strategically effective communications. We are confident that our problem solving procedures and design principles succeed in communicating our clients’ corporate image and marketing objectives, while maintaining exceptional visibility in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Our size and internal structures allow us to meet our clients’ requirements while working comfortably within budget and time constraints.

Karen Spencer Design addresses meticulous attention to detail. We recognize that only consistent, perceptible results can secure enduring client relationships. We are committed to delivering dynamic communications that effectively meet or exceed our clients’ marketing goals.

Karen has taught graphic design at Elizabeth Seton College and currently advises interns for SUNY Purchase. Karen was a member of The Board of Directors of The Advertising Club of Westchester from 1997 through 2001. The company is active in The Westchester County Association, The Healthcare Marketing and Communications Association and The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Karen was a founding member of the Armonk Chamber of Commerce.

Karen holds a B.A in Fine Arts from the University of Bridgeport and M.S. in Communication Design from Pratt Institute. She resides in New Rochelle with her husband. Three of their four children live in Westchester and one daughter lives with a traveling circus.
