I enjoy working with companies to identify HR issues and to assist them in solving these issues. It is important for companies to learn to brand themselves so that they will attract, recruit and retain employees with the knowledge, skills and experience that their company needs to grow and prosper.
I am very involved in the HR, arts and cultural communities in Fredericton. I love this part of my job and my life!
I work full-time but I am also passionate about weaving. I own several looms and recently opened my first solo exhibition at the UNB Art Centre: Weave 2 Weave. This exhibition is comprised of Jacquard weavings that were woven at the Montreal Centre for Contemporary Textiles (MCCT). I took hundreds of pictures of the weaving process, selected the ones I wanted to use and sent the edited images to MCCT to be woven. The project was funded through a Creation grant from artsnb.
