As Project Manager, I create and execute project work plans for our specialty training and education company, which offers solutions for our customers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and call center industries. As Operations Manager, I lead a team in the process of developing the next generation of our software as well as manage process deployment including financial negotiations, contracting, content development, training and quality control of all deliverables. I develop and create means of demonstrating and training customers on our software, leveraging remote technologies when feasible.
