  Greywolf Capital Management, LP is a hedge fund based in Purchase, NY whose primary strategies include distressed debt, special situations, and structured products. Six general partners currently oversee three different funds, manage a CLO vehicle, and maintain a dynamic credit derivatives portfolio.
  
  I am currently responsible for all operational aspects associated with the firm's credit derivatives trading. This includes trade settlements, confirmations, credit event processing, and the quarterly CDS coupon roll settlement.
  
  I am also in charge of collateral management for the derivatives book Greywolf maintains with all it's trading counterparties for all three funds. This includes evaluating and disputing collateral calls, proactively issuing accurate calls, and the settlement of any collateral movements. I also provide the Structured Products group with the driver of each call and a thorough comparison of the counterparties' marks to ours on a daily basis.
