Freelance PR Consultant - corporate branding, reputation management, social media strategy and marketing
Greater Atlanta Area
I have spent the past five plus years working within international public relations agencies in Atlanta where I have gained considerable experience with leaders in the consumer packaged goods, corporate, luxury, hospitality, arts, entertainment and nonprofit industries. During this time I have been responsible for multiple product launches, daily insight- and trend-sharing with clients and strategic execution of public relations and marketing plans for Fortune 500, 100 and 50 companies, including Darden Restaurants, Georgia-Pacific, Lowe’s, Starbucks and Tempur-Pedic, while managing against annual client budgets of over $500,000.
Before jumping into the PR world, I worked extensively in the hospitality industry for such companies as Brinker International, Rare Hospitality International, Landry’s Restaurant, Inc., and Atlanta’s Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. With these companies I did everything from consult with chefs regarding menu execution and facilitate staff development, to media outreach, marketing and special events management.
I also stay active in the community by working with several nonprofit organizations, including H.E.R.O. for Children, Habitat for Humanity, The Shepherd Center and the Georgia and Alabama chapters of Make-A-Wish.
