I engage in research for the purpose of innovation for clients interested in isolating and capitalizing on company specific opportunities. I isolate underlying patterns of thinking, behavior and values by interacting, researching, observing and teaming with executives, employees and clients to find new and better ways to create user centered value and therefore bottom line results.
I specialize in integrative thinking and am most interested in the mortar between the two bricks of business and design.
