    Justification for the award:

    These two stakeholders were brought into an issue to help the vendor recreate the issue and guide him through the process on how to recreate it. They did this but spent another 5 hours working on trying to find a way through HP and changing other setting on the computer to get it to rotate correctly. The screen was rotating 90 degrees and was stopping the connection between the tablet and the stylus so this was making it very hard for the nurses and doctors to have the pt sign consent forms. After their investigation they were able to find a way to get the screen to rotate 180 degrees so that it does not break the connection between the tablet and stylus
