The bulk of my professional experience was in the Hospitality industry here in the Valley of the Sun. My area of specialty was in Convention Services and Sales and Marketing. My focus was marketing to different organizations in an effort to secure their national meetings etc...at my particular hotel or resort. Marketing, negotiating and planning were a big part of the picture and it was a very rewarding career.
After leaving the Hospitality industry I took some time off. Then I decided to get into Retail. Yes, you heard it right, Retail. Saks Fifth Avenue is where I landed for 3 1/2 years. I actually started off working as a sales associate and moved up to a management position in the Designer department. From there I helped out in the 5th Avenue Club and other departments when those managers were absent. It was a great experience and a lot of physical work.
I have had my real estate license since 2005. My area of focus was in the Scottsdale and east valley of Arizona. After a brief time of travel, I decided to relocate to the west valley and focus on retirement living.
My goal is simple, to help other people get to where they want to go. Having said that, it's my goal to make it as smooth of a process as possible. Knowing my market and what's going on in it are key.
I work primarily in West Valley retirement communities including Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Sun City Festival, PebbleCreek, Coyote Lakes, Arizona Traditions and Trilogy @ Vistancia. My focus is not limited to working with individuals who are 55+ though. My preference is to stay in the area that I am familiar with and that would be the west valley of Phoenix.
