- Leading role in the management of athenahealth's paid search marketing programs on Google and Microsoft/Yahoo.
- Planning and executing short and long term projects such as campaign/keyword build-outs, ad copy creation, bid management, budget monitoring, negative keyword optimization, ad copy split testing, landing page optimization and other directives that positively impact channel ROI.

At C-4 Analytics, I took a leading role in launching, managing and developing accounts. As a Senior Account Manager, I planned and oversaw all aspects of strategy, implementation and reporting pertaining to strategic accounts. In this role, I also managed a team of Junior Account Managers and provided support needed to execute services and present client deliverables in a highly transparent manner.
During my tenure with the company, my primary role was to strategize, coordinate and execute campaigns to ensure that clients gained a positive ROI while seeing marginal improvements in brand awareness.
Services that C-4 Analytics provides include: search engine optimization, search engine marketing, pay per click management, graphic/web design, online reputation management, press release marketing, social media optimization and conversion analysis.
Strategic management of all aspects of client online marketing campaigns including but not limited to, pay per click management, on-site & off-site search engine optimization, KPI & conversion reporting, web design project management, and cost benefit analysis. This role also included planning and executing long-term online marketing campaigns, managing budget spend, and delivering results through detailed reports tracking client ROI.
At CSN, I played an integral role in launching and managing a CPC based advertising program that effectively monetized exiting traffic, while maintaining on-site conversion rate. The program consisted of partnering with "brick and mortar" furniture stores to utilize web real estate for lead generation. It was largely successful in driving passive revenue to the company, and several of the nation's top 100 furniture stores signed onto the advertising program. During beta, my role in this process was mainly client acquisition.
As part of a team-wide effort, I helped launch and facilitate a major search engine optimization campaign that drove increased search engine results and expanded revenue for CSN Stores, a top 3 online retailer in home goods. The role included forging strategic partnerships with bloggers and webmasters in order to gain more prominent recognition on major search engines. As an ancillary benefit, the campaign helped CSN Stores gain traction in blogger networks where users represented the company's target market.
Aided in the creation of this report - compiling data, developing methodology and identifying core areas of current and future congestion on the MBTA.
