• The rapid growth and sale of Continental Group Europe, which focussed on helping client businesses achieve succes through strategic and operational change, and the delivery of critical IT infrastructure and MIS / ERP solutions
• Development and launch of a number of funded start-up businesses


During his career Jonathan has worked across many geographies, including Italy, Benelux, Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, and the UK. In 2008 he settled in Dubai with his wife and 2 children.

His most notable achievements include delivering one of BT's largest government outsource contracts, consolidation of C&W IT operations and platforms, creation of a highly successful pan-European Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence consultancy in the 1990's.

    As well as leading the increase in headcount to support new mobility 2G and 3G contracts in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, I became heavily involved in defining the company's ITIL, Project Delivery and ISO quality standards and frameworks. I also led the definition and implementation of the company's customer billing, supply-chain and procurement, HR functions and systems and implementation of the company's finance and accounting systems upgrades.
