I have been working tech since leaving College with my Civil Eng degree and wondering why I ever spent 4 yrs doing such an intense subject. Learning from well established and big Tech companies I have focused on what makes me tick and what I am good at. 20+ yrs make you think hard to what your destiny holds, so rather than bore you with a great speach about how great I am with achievements of X in Y, let me be plane, what I do is make stuff happen. Over the last 10 yrs I have started 3 companies (2 of my own), success to me is about team work, relationships and identifying with your partner and customer. I have the pleasure of working with some of the best players in our field and continue to do so at my current venture, so at the end of the day I am a guy who likes green-field, complex problems, making things work (don't forget I am an engineer) and most of all creating revenue from repeatable and sustainable markets. All the rest is fluff....
