Washington D.C. Metro Area
In June of 1999, John Fedewa founded armcor.com Ltd., a niche financial services firm serving federal government prime contractors, especially startups, or those that are traditionally unbankable due to seasonality or location (in theater, OCONUS, or in disaster areas).
With a unique background in sales, marketing, technology, and government contracting, Mr. Fedewa was able to see financial services industry practices objectively and exploit them in the placement and positioning of armcor.com as an innovator within that sector.
Mr. Fedewa has federal marketplace experience as a supplier of management consulting services, general ADP equipment, and mainframe data compression software to major private sector and USG accounts, including DISA WESTHEM, IBM, NASA, and the Department of the Army (CENTCOM, SOUTHCOM, USACE), and was previously a provider of specialized TEMPEST hardware to the National Security Agency and the wider military intelligence community, including Ft. Detrick, CENTCOM, USAEUR, and SPAWAR.
Mr. Fedewa attended the College of William and Mary, receiving a B. A. in History, with special foci in Latin American and Russian history. Mr. Fedewa served on the Board of Directors of the William and Mary alumni chapter of Greater Metropolitan Washington, DC, from 1995-2002, including two years as president and two as president emeritus. He is now an advisor to the William and Mary Alumni Association and is a co-founder of the 8595 Club of William and Mary.
Mr. Fedewa is a member of the National Contract Management Association and the National Association of Credit Management, and has served as a featured speaker and guest panelist at a number of government contracting and financial industry forums.
