I currently manage Embarq's Social Media Customer Outreach program. We find ways to reach out to our customer's and solve their problems. Everyday we try and seek out new, exciting ways to meet our customers online.
My goal is to become more knowledgeable about social media as each day passes. The more we can find out about what our customers want and need, the more successful we will be as a company.
