Plan, merchandise and direct all aspects of the Gardener's Supply Company e-mail marketing program. Coordinate production schedules with creative team, e-commerce team, brand and inventory control to ensure optimum performance. Work with circulation team on strategies for growing customer file through both on and offline customer acquisition. Work with e-commerce director, marketing director, and senior brand manager on developing e-mail marketing strategy.

In addition to e-mail marketing I also serve as the in-house search marketer. I work with our in house web developers and online store coordinators to make sure our content and product pages are search engine friendly. I am also responsible for the development and optimization of new online opportunities and recommend those avenues to the brand manager and e-commerce director.
