I am a Lobbyist and Political Coordinator for Oregon AFSCME. I am the point person for the direct voter contact element of you political activity during election years. I work with coalition partners on statewide ballot measures and candidates. I also allocate the resource we have to help local candidates. During the legislative Session I work a range of issues including Healthcare Reform, Elections and Campaign Finance Reform and Housing. AFSCME Council 75 has offices all over the Oregon and I help our Locals work effectively on politics wherever they want.
I was one of the founders and first employee of the Oregon Bus Project and I have worked for several elected officials including Congressman Earl Blumenauer, Multnomah County Commissioner Lisa Naito and State Reps. Steve March and Mary Nolan.
