Worked with over 100 start up businesss as the developer, lead trainer & coach for NESTA's Insight Out Program. Insight Out is a national enterprise training programme specifically designed for creative individuals who want to set up a business within the creative industries. I work with trainees creative skills to teach them how to develop and apply them to their business idea.
The success of Insight Out depends on local, regional and national collaboration and the creation of a sustainable enterprise training programme using local and regional resources and expertise.
I have delivered in conjunction with local partners - Digital City, University of Ulster, University of Central England, Glasgow School of Art, The Lighthouse, Creative Lancashire, Creative Business Wales.

Managed the successful organisation and delivery of “Learning Week 2003 – Quality, Equality and Diversity”, an annual event learning workshops for 600 staff. Implemented the learning strategy for the college through identifying, selecting, managing and monitoring external providers in areas such as Customer Care, Recruitment & Selection Interviewing and Leadership.
