Jiten Deonarain, Pr. Eng's Summary

I am the first engineer in South Africa to be employed by the global performance company, GP Strategies, to enhance its footprint in South Africa and Africa. My roles are both of a technical and business nature. I perform engineering work as per the scope of the client and company. I am also responsible for business identification and execution of those opportunities. My role previous to this was a plant engineer in the power generation sector. There I was in charge of managing plant performance and delivering on: projects, maintenance activities, investigations and any relevant task to my job.

I am a Professionally Registered Engineer with ECSA (October 2013) in the field of Chemical Engineering. I also have a degree in Project Management. I compliment my theoretical knowledge with practical experience and ability and can carry out any task given to me. I am competent in the fields of power generation (design, maintenance and operation), business management (including Six Sigma) and engineering as a whole.
