I received my Holistic Health Practitioner Certification from Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego, and have been serving the Holistic Health/Massage community since 1989. I offer a wide range of Holistic Health, Massage, energy work, detoxification and stress reduction-relaxation modalities..
Having suffered from Migraines since my early teens and being a Chrionic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibrolyalgia survivor, I bring a unique perspective to my work especially in the area of pain management, which is my speciality.
For those who are seeking massage for stress reduction, I offer a luxurious Swedish style massage complete with aromatherapy selections, scented candles, a tinkling water fall, and soft music.
Knowing that over-processed fast foods and chemicals found in a large portion of what we consume contribute not only to obesity, but also to many other serious health conditions, I am a proponent of raw whole food nutrition. I work with my clients on improving what they consume and getting 9-13 servings of raw fruits and veggies each day, through a whole food nutritional support system called Juice Plus+, - which is fruits and veggies in a capsule.
