I'm an experienced writer with over 27 years of published work. My most recent staff writer job was with the Phoenix New Times, where I worked from 2003 to 2006.
In 2006, I returned to freelance writing and have since had stories published in Phoenix Magazine, the Arizona Republic and Republic Magazines (including AZ and AZ Society), 944, TechConnect, Scottsdale Times and other publications.
In addition to my writing work, I've also worked as a graphic artist for America West Airlines (now US Airways), U-Haul International and other firms in the Phoenix area. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University, am a graduate of Brophy Prep, and a long-time Phoenix resident.
