It requires facilitating employees to collaborate with the integrators in a meaningful way to create the new business environment, and make it their own.

What did philosophers Hobbes, Locke, Rousseau; and Founding Fathers Madison, Jefferson and Hamilton say about Organizational Change Management and accelerating time to value of an ERP investment? A great deal, given that the result of their works was the ultimate in creating sustainable change – the United States Constitution. What can we learn from the writings of this mix of intellectuals and pragmatists and how can we apply it to the quest of creating measurable value for an enterprise undergoing needed change?
