I was an independent contractor and worked on a number of projects revolving around helping people with disabilities. This included reviewing and revising business plans, and consulting/coaching small business owners to improve sales. I also spearheaded a project designed to streamline the process used by the state of Ohio to fund small business owners through the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission. I reported to the principals of the business, and performed a variety of work on a number of projects during my time with the company.
