Jim Anderson’s Summary
After clerking at a small firm in Willmar Minnesota and debating joining a medium to large firm in the Twin Cities I started the Law Office of James T. Anderson to serve the needs of those who need an estate plan but can't afford the price of the large firms.
I strive to provide high quality legal advice about estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and bankruptcy. I believe that legal services should be available to everyone of all income levels.
My practice areas include estate planning, including wills, trusts, health care directives, probate and bankruptcy.
I started and maintain a blog about estate planning in Minnesota. The estate planning blog includes my thoughts and opinions regarding current events that impact estate planning. It also chronicles the start up of my solo firm.
