Living and working on the Yakama Indian Reservation in south-central Washington state. I am in charge of leading 30-40 teen and adult participants in facilitating a Kids Club in a large outdoor park in a highly native community. The teen groups change every two days, so I am the constant face for the kids and need to clearly communicate what needs to be done. I am also in charge of leading teens in meal prep two days a week, and I play the acoustic guitar during nightly worship time.

With Camp Adventure, I lived and worked on a military base in Stuttgart, Germany as a day camp counselor to the kids who live there. My team and I planned and implemented a daily schedule, including songs, crafts, reading, computers, science, games, swimming, and field trips to German amusement parks. We formed relationships with the kids and their parents, and were even invited over to dinner several times. On the weekends I traveled to eight different European countries, which was almost a job in and of itself!
