Successfully grew western sales region into the #1 performing region in the US. In the first six months after taking over a poorly performing region, revenue and sales increased over 200%. By utilizing experience and providing an environment that encouraged individual responsibility and ownership over their territories, Western Region's sales consistently exceeded performance objectives and expanded channel relationships and diversified the customer base.
Over a two year period, executed a sales strategy that enabled company to sell equipment directly into MCI's CPE program for their sales division to utilize for customer premise equipment. Equipment was placed in MCI inventory which provided forecasting capabilities, lessened cost of sale and over a five year period increased revenue over 25 million dollars.

Developed and executed a strategy that resulted in the largest increase in direct sales to GTE. Managed all elements of the relationship and developed diverse sales strategies that allowed further growth within the backbone high speed networking group.
Took on further responsibilities managing the newly developed relationship with MCI. Direct sales increased over 100% each year while managing an alliance program that called for training MCI sales in the US to sell data services utilizing Racal's sales force. Developed the "Treat them Like A Million" alliance program that broke all previous alliance sales records at MCI and became the standard that all other partnerships were based on.
