Technicolor logo animation - 3D version.
I am a Visual Effects artist recently graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design following an outstanding internship/hire at as a lighter at Digital Domain on Speed Racer. After my last quarter at SCAD I worked at In Three, Inc as a stereoscopic compositing artist in converting 2D to 3D. That work included 2 features (short tests) and the Technicolor logo that was displayed in theaters. Following that I went to Rhythm and Hues to work on Night at the Museum 2 and Alvin 2. I have also attended Gnomon for extra knowledge in Renderman.
I specialize as a Lighting TD, but know compositing and look development pretty well. And additionally I have a strong generalist skill set and experience in hard surface modeling, texturing, and image reconstruction. I feel that being well rounded is a great asset even if I only specialize in one thing.
I love film, absolutely thrive under pressure, excel at working with any team, have a genuine interest in going above and beyond, and enjoy learning new things. There is nothing that cant be done. Improvise, adapt and overcome.
Great movies and shows are have inspired me my entire life. It is my desire to give back to these films by working on new ones, so that I may challenge myself to inspire the next generation in the same ways that I was inspired. And this is a challenge I will always look forward to.
Never settle for anything but the best and make it epic while doing so.

I worked during my 2 years at SCAD at a local 6 screen theater in Savannah as a Projection Manager seeing to all booth duties and the buildup and breakdown on all films. If the sound was turned up, the screen was crisp and clear, and you shook in your chair when watching movies at the Eisenhower... I was on duty.
My last day was spent building up and watching Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Couldnt have asked for a better film to end on.
