I have more than 28 years of consulting experience in the areas of operations strategy, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, asset lifecycle management, enterprise relationship management, and acquisitions assessment/integration. I also help clients cut costs by significantly reducing energy consumption, and of the investment, purchasing, and maintenance of equipment related to energy production or usage.

Prior to forming SDMR, Inc. in 2000, I was a consultant at A.T. Kearney and led PricewaterhouseCooper's’ $32 million strategic procurement practice in the west region as the COE leader. Throughout my consulting career, I gained experience in operations cost performance improvement, turnarounds, supply chain, strategic sourcing/offshoring, business strategy, and merger due diligence/ integration. I have also served in interim CPO and COO roles at client organizations.
