This can be through implementing a Quality standard such as ISO 9001 and TL 9000 or through training of analysis tools such as FMEA or Cause and Effect Diagrams. I have been a member of the QuEST forum, the managing forum for the telecommunications standard TL 9000 since 1999. As a member I have participated in the development of both the Requirements and Measuements handbook and have held the secretary position from 2000-2003. My strength is in providing customized training and aligning business objectives to measurments to ensure maximum value to the organization.
