Ms. Russell began her career in biotechnology where she worked directly with the company’s pharmaceutical, agricultural, consumer and industrial product technologies. She has had a lead role in the development and launch of over 40 commercial products over the course of her career and has managed cross-functional teams of scientists, consultants, operations, quality control, and marketing staff. Ms. Russell has been responsible for implementing a streamlined product development process which lead to significant improvements in performance, reductions in production costs, and faster introduction to the marketplace. She has consulted with organizations on a variety of topics including: product development, marketing strategy, sales collateral, operations & materials management, quality control, and the regulatory compliance process. During her career she has authored a full range of business, marketing, and technical documents and has given corporate presentations to various major clients nationwide. Currently, Jennifer Russell is president of RETHINK COATINGS, Inc. a privately held corporation providing revolutionary patented solvent replacement technologies and performance enhancing additives to the $70.6 billion paint and coatings market that have the potential to eliminate between 90-100% of the emissions of that industry. She is also VP of Marketing for Rethink Inks, a sister organization that has developed a revolutionary ink technology which improves productivity by up to 20%, profitability by over 250% all while eliminating 90 - 100% of the VOCs emitted by this industry. Rethink Inks is in its 3rd year of commercial sales and has a signed supply contract with Sun Chemical, the largest ink producer in the world.
