Creator & Lead Rhythm Facilitator, DRUMMM Rhythmic Events
San Francisco Bay Area
The mission of DRUMMM is to foster connection, communication and well-being through the act of group drumming and rhythm-making. Group drumming can provide a powerful, effective vehicle for deepening relationships by creating music together in the moment. Because rhythm is something that exists in each of us (really!), people of all ages, cultures and abilities can benefit from the experience of drumming without any prior musical training or talent. Rather than being an audience of passive observers, DRUMMM gets everyone involved and communicating in new and exciting ways through the rhythm.
Clinical studies show that group drumming can improve the immune system, increase a sense of well-being, reduce stress and decrease burnout in the workplace. People often comment how much more relaxed, rejuvenated and connected to their bodies and each other they feel after participating in a DRUMMM program. The process can also illuminate successful strategies for cooperation and teamwork, facilitate non-verbal communication around a specific goal, and punctuate a key message or theme.
With years of experience working with people from all walks of life in every imaginable setting, we understand how to partner with you to create a custom-tailored DRUMMM program that will deliver satisfying results. Whether your goals revolve around team building, communication, stress reduction, community, learning, entertainment or just plain fun, DRUMMM will engage participants in an experience that will bring out the best of your event.
