Jeff has been self employed since 2002, he is focused on managing organisational change and improving processes and procedures for large and medium sized corporations. He has worked in the Finance, Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment and Retail sectors. Based in West Yorkshire but able to work throughout the UK, he is available for contract and part time assignments.
Leading business change programmes, improving processes and procedures and working with clients to design and deliver new organisations after merger or acquisition. Managing software development projects with budgets over £10m and project teams of over 30 people doing design, development and support work. A background of over 20 years project management experience in IT application development and systems integration.
