13 years of enterprise level IT consulting. Ten years with CorTechs as a managing partner. Still the youngest on record. I have been an integral part of strategic development of the company, principally around the delivery of enterprise solutions in the federal sector. My area of focus for the past three years is e-Government, involved in several award winning IT initiatives for a progressive federal agency. I am also involved in the technical direction of CorTechs including service partnerships which include enterprise software companies HP/Mercury, Computer Associates, Adobe, and Borland.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office is my current and longest running engagement for CorTechs. Since starting in 2002, I have been on twelve IT projects, four major IT initiatives, received several awards for performance and innovation. I helped expand our company’s presence to become the largest subcontractor to CSC which holds a prime contract with the USPTO. In 2005 we partnered with CSC to win an eight year contract with the USPTO. I was acknowledged as a key contributor to the winning proposal.

Specialized IT consulting for Enterprise Applications. I was one of three principal consultants that reported directly to the vice president. My customers were Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and CSX transportation. I lead full-lifecycle development of the Physician Provider Information Management (PPIM) system, a client server application with mainframe/DB2 back end. PPIM managed all physician data for BCBSFL. Designed the Physician Provider Network system, which allocated physicians to health care plans. Developed CORBA modules, COBOL modules, EDI, tuxedo. Designed and implemented GUI, database, system interfaces. For CSX I maintained a system called the End-of-Train system a mainframe based system. My principal specialization was iCASE with using a product that has since been re-branded many times: IEF, Composer, Cool:Gen, Advantage:Gen, and All Fusion Gen.
